Terms of Service


At PrimePupils, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the services we provide. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and that a return or refund may be necessary. Therefore, we have created the following terms of service:

1. Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance that you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a lost class credit with no refundability or rescheduling available.
 
2. Cancellation From Monthly Payments Policy: If you need to cancel your tutoring subscription from us, please let us know and we will begin the following steps to do so. All classes taken within the month will not be refunded, however, class credit or a partial refund of the monthly payment may be offered depending on the situation.
 
3. Unused Hours Policy: If you purchase a tutoring package and do not use all of your hours, we will store these unused hours for future use at any time. They may not be refunded. 

4. Exceptions and changes: In some cases, we may need to make exceptions to our return and refund policy. These exceptions and changes will be made at our discretion. All customers will be informed of changes made to our terms of service.
